Nem Observes Its Technology Talk in Bangalore (25th November)

As blockchain technology have got the momentum and growing mature to a steady pace, Bangalore being global hub of technologies, NEM has set its foot right to create strong community by organizing its meetup in Bangalore. Bangalore being one of the most technology aware city obviously has most keen cryptocurrency, blockchain technology observers, developers and critics. This event was focused to provide a platform to NEM community of blockchain-focused professionals to discuss the fundamentals of blockchain and XEM as cryptocurrency.

25th Of November almost two weeks before “World Blockchain Summit 2018 — Bangalore” Nem had its technology talk supported by community was held in Bangalore same as Nem organises its technology talks across APAC.

The event was held in Private hall on 100 Feet Rd, 4th Block, Koramangala 4th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India starting from 3:30 to 5:30, The event had overwhelming response and was attended by various cryptocurrency enthusiasts, IT Security enthusiasts, cryptocurrency evangelists, startup representatives from various blockchain technology provider companies and blockchain developers.

While discussion during the meetup topics like XEM, Account, Mosaic, Multi Sig Account, EigenTrust++, Harvesting, Proof of importance, Nem Blockchain Explorer, Nem Infrastructure server, Nem Community Client and popular use cases were the main topic.

Not only developers’ community, state governments Karnatak, Andra and Telangana are investing in blockchain implementations hugely. Bengaluru did not emerge as a technology hub overnight, If you visit the city you would find software engineers nagging their heads round the clocks, people excited about and advocating digital technologies, RPAs, Open Banking, blockchain, big data and any new technologies coming up when world is still (Including Indian government about crypto) observing the implications and that becomes strong belief when you observe the kind of mature questions and mature discussion you get to hear during the session at NEM meetup.

All the participants agreed to engage in such events regularly and be part of active community. We have planned to have monthly events to raise awareness and build an active community.
